pk68 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pk68 website or using the pk68 app, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members and anyone who interacts with the pk68 platform in any capacity.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and pk68. In the event of a conflict between documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pk68, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk68 does not permit any individual under 18 to register or access gaming features under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pk68, its partners, affiliates or software providers, nor a close family member of such persons.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under guardianship or any form of legal incapacity, you are not eligible to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. Providing false details is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method or same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. pk68 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

• Do not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was you who performed it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the pk68 support team immediately via live chat so that the account can be locked while the matter is investigated.
• You are responsible for ensuring your contact information — including the mobile number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account — remains accurate and up to date.
• pk68 reserves the right to require re-verification of your identity at any time, particularly if unusual activity is detected on your account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a dormancy review. pk68 will attempt to contact you using the registered details before any action is taken.

All transactions carried out through your account — including deposits, withdrawals and bets placed — are logged and available to review in your account history. If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, raise it with support within 14 days of the transaction date.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk68 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers and standard bank transfers. • Deposits are credited to your gaming balance promptly after confirmation from your payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your chosen method.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. pk68 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• You must ensure the payment account you use belongs to you. Using another person's JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account is not permitted.
• pk68 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Requests may be paused while verification is completed.
• Funds deposited on the platform are used solely for gaming. pk68 does not pay interest on player balances held in accounts.
• Any deposits or withdrawals flagged as suspicious may be held pending investigation. pk68 will notify you if this applies to your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pk68 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you confirm you have read and accepted the individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after the qualifying deposit or action has been completed and verified.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period. Any unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that remain when the validity period expires will be removed automatically.
• pk68 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it reasonably suspects the offer is being abused, manipulated or claimed in bad faith.
• Only one active bonus can be applied to an account at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or passed to another account.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available in the pk68 Game Lobby — including Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo and Esports — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These general terms apply alongside those game-specific rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by real-time dealing. Outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or third party.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once a wager is placed, it is binding.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — such as a disconnection or game error — the round may be voided and stakes returned at pk68's discretion. Any decision made in this regard is final.
• Sports Betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the final applicable odds.
• PSL and T20 cricket markets are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or voided, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed in the specific market.
• pk68 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error or clearly incorrect odds. You will be notified and the stake returned in such cases.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk68. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited behaviour is subject to immediate suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent closure without prior notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including Live Casino tables and Sports Betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known exploit may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using pk68 to process funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform as a financial intermediary.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions that have been applied to an existing account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification, or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to manipulate Sports Betting markets through coordinated or insider activity.
• Chargebacks — disputing legitimate deposits with your payment provider after the funds have been used for gaming.

pk68 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases where illegal activity is detected. Suspicious transactions may be reported as required under applicable financial monitoring obligations.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk68 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment and should always be approached as such. If gaming is causing financial stress, relationship difficulties or emotional harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk68 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game assets, written content, software, graphics, marketing materials and the pk68 brand name — is the intellectual property of pk68 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any pk68 content without prior written permission.
• Game software accessed through the pk68 platform is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' separate intellectual property rights.
• Scraping, crawling or systematically extracting data from the pk68 platform using automated tools is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

pk68 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted, pk68's liability to you is limited as follows:

• pk68 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data or indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
• pk68 is not responsible for losses arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on your end, device malfunctions or third-party payment provider delays.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, pk68 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust balances accordingly.
• Decisions made by pk68 in relation to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus claims and account management are final unless a formal dispute process has been followed through the support team.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

pk68 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include but are not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification or detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, all pending withdrawals will be paused until the investigation is concluded.
• If an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any remaining balance that was accrued through prohibited activity may be forfeited.
• If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the support team via live chat. Accounts can typically be closed within 24 hours of a confirmed request, provided there are no open bets or pending transactions.
• Any funds held in a legitimately closed account that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to your registered payment method after the standard verification process.

12 Changes to These Terms

pk68 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
